Fool in the Rain
I was sitting in the college parking lot, listening to the rain tap on my windshield, when I decided it was time to walk to the library. I put my earbuds in, grabbed my bag, and stepped out into the rain. Being the indecisive person that I am, I couldn’t choose a single song I wanted to hear, so I pressed “shuffle all.” The first song that came on? Fool in the Rain by Led Zeppelin.
I’m not sure why, but I thought it was hilarious, and I can’t stop smiling at the thought. So, here I am, just a fool walking in the rain…and smiling about it.
